Investment Advisor Representative 

Frank’s career background includes experience in investment management (real estate and securities), tax accounting (Enrolled Agent), business operations, and teaching.

 

Early in 2000, Frank began managing the investment portfolios of family members. Beginning in 2017, Frank offered services as an Investment Advisor Representative.  Earlier in life Frank contributed to many different business ventures.  As an Enrolled Agent, Frank provided tax-related accounting services utilizing tax planning strategies for individuals, businesses, and numerous real estate partnerships.  Frank represented taxpayers and resolved their conflicts with the Internal Revenue Service and other tax collection authorities.  Frank’s property management background includes the revitalization of over one dozen projects in urban property redevelopment. This involved financing, acquiring, and rehabilitating housing while managing renovation projects from initial planning through completion. It also involved post renovation lease-up and rental management.  Renovating and opening a family operated bed and breakfast inn was a high point of Frank’s business career. This included marketing the inn to prospective guests, overseeing daily operations, and managing the physical rehabilitation of the property — an early 20th century structure which served as both a place of business and Frank’s family home.

 

Frank is degreed as a Master of Business Administration by Rutgers Business School, Newark, New Jersey. His concentration is in Professional Accounting.  Frank’s undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts by William Paterson University, Wayne, New Jersey; majoring in Economics and minoring in History and Business Administration.

 

As a business teacher within a variety of educational environments, Frank has successfully

taught classes in Accounting (Introductory, Advanced, and Managerial), Business Law, Business

Math, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Introduction to Computers, Keyboarding, PC Skills – Software Applications, and 21st Century Life Skills.  Frank possesses five teaching certifications in the State of New Jersey inclusive of an age range from kindergarten through high school. Frank’s Standard Certifications are Teacher of Comprehensive Business; Teacher of General Business Studies; Teacher of Business: Keyboarding and Data Entry; Teacher of Bookkeeping and Accounting; and Elementary School Teacher K-8.  More so, Frank has extensive teaching experience in both employment and non-employment capacities. These include recreational sports, real estate seminars for laymen, religious education classes for children and adults, and "International Business" for collegians at the Suzhou Institute in the People's Republic of China.
